D. Palmer Boyd
Mr. Boyd has a very strong background in education and cross-cultural and international business. He speaks and works in five languages, has studied another four for reading and research or simply to be able to order in a restaurant while traveling. He brings a renewed emphasis on international business and services. He has also brought an emphasis on services in Human Resources and international education -especially for European institutions preparing for the full implementation of the Bologna Process.
D. Palmer Boyd also brings his network partners from 17 nations throughout Eurasia and his contacts within the environmental services and engineering industry to the table at Les EDGE. He has also developed cooperative ventures with companies establishing emergency medical services and they are currently designing some mega projects together.

Marjorie Price
Ms. Price is a Human Resources and ISO 9000 specialist. Her experience is in telecommunication, service and automotive manufacturing industries. She provides guidance, development and project management for Global Human Resources and ISO 9001:2000 for the entire company. She also assists and advises senior management on Human Resources issues.

David Etinger
Dave Etinger, has over 20 years experience in the international business world of negotiations, procurement and supply train management. He has worked at upper levels of multi-national corporations and has negotiated contracts with governments and companies around the world.

Dr. Magdy Kamel B.Sc.Pharm
Dr. Kamel has more than 20 years experience in international business especially in the Middle East. He has training from large multi-national corporations over the past two decades. A visionary by nature, he proved to be an innovator bringing unique ideas and planning. Through his talents gained over the years he became a leader in Innovative Technology Transfer projects.

Don Alexander Boyd entered the international arena in 1997 and has since provided valuable hands on expertise and leadership for private programs in the humanitarian and educational sectors. His ability to communicate well across cultures and his networking skills are an asset to our corporate enterprise. With a noteworthy capacity to initiate creative strategies, Don will go a long way to extend the influence of our growing number of projects throughout Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Randy Sohnchen is a highly skilled professional with in-depth international experience in financial analysis, marketing, development and management. He represents firms with integrity and intelligence and fosters diligence in growing companies from a loyalty base.
Randy has developed several successful businesses in areas such as agriculture, building construction, land development, and the dental sector.
In addition, Randy continues to serve a variety of not for profit interests in North America and overseas.
