Since 2007, the company has made a major shift towards environmental and renewable energy technologies and services. Rather than investing in one single technology, the company has developed a series of technological partnerships in order to maximize the best in technologies with the specific needs of communities and countries.

The company has signed contracts and developed projects, establishing individual national companies in each of the countries where it is working. These local companies will then take ownership and management of the individual projects. Les EDGE Inc provides the technology, the funding, the training of personnel and the management team to lead the local project.

Current national companies established by the Les EDGE senior management include: Oeko EDGE GmbH of Germany (which houses our European and Middle East offices), Eko Energy UK Ltd, Ester Eko Energia Polska Sp. z o.o. and is currently establishing a new company in Egypt to manage the new projects there. This structure allows each company to work within its particular national context, develop local leadership and meet all local and national regulations.

With the growth of international projects and related companies, Les EDGE Inc will be establishing an international holding company to coordinate the capital resources needed to establish and fund projects throughout its family of companies.
